Important to Know: Attended Cremation Options

To maintain affordability and simplicity, a direct cremation differs from a traditional funeral in several ways. These are the elements typically not included:

While a direct cremation does not include a ceremony at the crematorium, we understand that some families wish to be present. We offer options for friends and family to attend a short, quiet time with their loved one at our crematorium.

  • The coffin will be placed in the room before your arrival.

  • There is no Funeral Director or celebrant present, and no formal service.

  • You are welcome to play your favourite music or deliver a reading.

  • You may bring flowers to place on the coffin.

Pricing for Attended Cremation Options:

  • From £395 in our Oak Room (for up to 12 people).

  • From £745 in our Ceremonial Hall (for up to 100 people).

  • From £995 at any crematorium we partner with.

PLEASE NOTE: If your loved one needs to be collected from their home rather than a hospital, an additional collection charge of £255 applies.
